One-to-One: Direct Creative Community Support
One-to-One is an online creative community support service provided by SoukUk. It enables Indian individuals, businesses, and communities to sell their products and merchandise directly to customers worldwide. This service is designed to maximize creators’ earnings from international sales by minimizing or eliminating intermediaries in transactions with foreign buyers, ensuring fair compensation for all parties involved.
How It Works
- Application for Participation
Creative individuals, businesses, and communities submit an application to join SoukUk Expo 24/7. - Approval and Home Listing Page
Once approved, participants receive a complimentary home listing page, categorised according to their application. - Profile and Content Submission
Applicants provide during application details about themselves, their background, products, services, entertainment offerings, expertise, and skills. They upload images and provide contact details, social media links, and website information. - Editorial Review and Exhibition Listing
The SoukUk support team reviews the application, may suggest editorial improvements, and finalises the content for inclusion in the exhibition. - Marketplace Opportunity
If the review team determines that a creative is well-suited for the marketplace, they are invited to have the Marketplace administration team set up a shopfront and checkout process on their behalf. - Marketplace and Payment Options
- Digital Products (Downloads/Streaming):
Creators offering digital downloads or streaming content can have a Marketplace shopfront and e-commerce checkout/payment solution set up. - Physical Products (Shipping Required):
For vendors selling physical products that require shipping, only the One-to-One option is available.

About the One-to-One Option
Since physical products need to be shipped, the One-to-One option is the only checkout method available for these items. When a buyer selects this option, a pro-forma order is generated and sent to the seller. The seller then contacts the buyer directly to arrange payment and delivery details. This approach fosters direct communication between supplier and buyer, streamlining transactions and supporting fair, transparent compensation.
