Emma Davis – Illustrator, artist, printmaker

Emma hails from a richly creative family of artists, poets, musicians, photographers—and even opera singers. In her youth, she explored ballet, as well as singing in both rock and choral styles, but her true passion now lies in fine art, printmaking, and working with metal.

Her earliest influences in printmaking include iconic figures such as Sir John Tenniel, the original illustrator of Alice in Wonderland, Pablo Picasso, Banksy, and a range of other visionaries like Michelangelo, Giacometti, Jasper Johns, Noel Fielding, and Vic Reeves.

Frida Love holds a particularly special place in Emma’s heart—not only for Frida’s artistry, spirit, and resilience, but also for their shared Mexican heritage. A cherished memory for Emma is having once met a 90-year-old friend of Frida, deepening her connection to the legendary artist.
